Attorney Rob Kosloske graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in prelaw and history. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University in 2003 and was subsequently admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar. Since then, he has actively litigated on behalf of clients across Southcentral and Southeastern Wisconsin, specializing in family law, juvenile/children law, guardianship, terminations of parental rights, adoptions, and injunctions.
In addition to his private practice, Attorney Kosloske serves as a Special Prosecutor for Jefferson County Human Services, handling cases related to termination of parental rights and guardianship. He also fulfills the role of a contract Guardian ad Litem in both Jefferson and Dodge Counties, advocating for the best interests of children. Additionally, Attorney Kosloske holds the position of an appointed Supplemental Court Commissioner overseeing Agency Reviews of child maltreatment determinations. His professional contributions extend to leadership roles in the Jefferson County Bar Association.
On January 1, 2021, Attorney Kosloske embarked on a partnership with Attorney Joseph Fischer, forming Fischer & Kosloske.
