Jennifer has been with Fischer Law Office since its inception in 2008. She is a paralegal responsible for working with clients in the preparation of a myriad of legal documents. She handles Attorney Fischer’s schedule and a great deal of communication between the office and the Courts.
She has developed specific expertise in real estate and probate work in addition to the criminal law and family law practice that has been the staple of Fischer Law.
Jennifer is a 1996 graduate of Dousman High School. She attended Carroll College and graduated in 2000 with a paralegal bachelor’s degree. In 2002 she began working for Attorney Fischer at his prior law firm. One of the most fortunate things that occurred when Attorney Fischer opened Fischer & Kosloske Attorneys & Counselors At Law was Jennifer's decision to come with him to open the firm.
Jennifer possesses a level of expertise that can only be obtained through experience and incredible attention to detail. Over the last 15 years, Jennifer has built relationships with just about all of that courthouse staffs in Dodge, Jefferson, and surrounding counties, which makes her extremely effective in carrying out her duties. While she is not a lawyer, her grasp of the law makes her an invaluable member of the Fischer & Kosloske Attorneys & Counselors At Law team.
Jennifer is married to Matt and has two children, Ben and McKenna. They are members of St. Henry’s parish in Watertown. They enjoy spending time with their children and spending time outside.
Natasha is a 2007 graduate of Waterloo High School. After high school, she received her Administrative Professional Associates Degree from MATC - Madison, making the Dean’s List every semester. She joined the firm in 2011 as a legal assistant and enjoyed her position so much that she continued her education at MPTC – Beaver Dam. Natasha graduated with a Paralegal associate’s degree in 2021, receiving an overall GPA of 3.9.
As a Paralegal, Natasha uses her multitasking skills to provide superior professional services to attorneys, clients, and the Court. She provides regular client contact/updates, maintains case files and calendars, bills, and drafts a variety of legal documents. Her organizational skills and demeanor make her a key part of this office.
Natasha finds it rewarding to provide personalized legal services to clients and enjoys the individuality of each case. Her interpersonal skills and compassion for clients are qualities that set her apart. Natasha is a tremendous asset to this firm.
In her free time, Natasha enjoys reading, watching classic movies, traveling, most outdoor activities, and spending time with her family – especially her menagerie of rescued pets.
